About Kala Body

 

Our mission is to Empower our client's health and wellbeing through massage.

 

We have a mix of clients from all walks of life who repeatedly come to the clinic for fantastic customer service and exceptional massage.

 

We currently offer Remedial Massage & Pregnancy Massage (Australian Trained) and we a looking to expand our services into myotherapy.

 

We are open seven days a week operating across two rooms, located just off Chapel Street in a beautiful Victorian building in Windsor.

Our amazing owner, Chloe, has experience in teaching remedial massage at the diploma level and will be an amazing mentor to help kick start your career in Remedial Massage.

Job Available

 

We are seeking a skilled Myotherapists/Remedial Massage Therapists for our Windsor clinic to help take Kala Body, and it’s clients to care to the next level. We would love for you to be able to perform sports, deep tissue, dry needling and pregnancy treatments.

 

Who we want

 

This job would suit someone who has a background in Customer Service or Retail Industry and has completed their Diploma in Remedial Massage.

 

Our ideal candidate should be a professional, confident and caring individual who takes great pride in what they do, who loves helping others who are in discomfort to get them feeling better as soon as possible. You must be skilled at developing client treatment plans & securing re-bookings. Being able to build a good rapport with your client is a must, and you must show excellent customer service skills overall. There will be some office duties required on a day to day basis.

 

We provide everything you need to give the client a very individual and high level of customer service and treatment

 

The role will be a casual role to begin and will grow into a permanent position within six months to the right candidate.

 

 

What you need to have

​

• Minimum Advanced diploma of Myotherapy or Diploma of Remedial Massage 

• Qualify to hold provider numbers with all health funds 

• Myotherapy/Remedial massage association membership (Associate level).

• Professional Indemnity insurance ($10 million minimum).

• First Aid level 2

• Working with children check.

• Police check.

• Qualified in Pregnancy Massage or other modalities is a Bonus

• Good written and verbal communication

• Be able to use an Ipad/Computer/Mobile

• Right to work in Australia

• Available a minimum of 2 days a week including a weekend
